<p>常見的翻船(俗稱:翻腳刀)，常常讓人很困擾，有時運動不經意就會小扭，甩甩腳踝就像沒事</p>
<p>般；有時不小心大扭，又得好一陣子行動不便… 到底習慣性扭傷該怎麼改善?? 扭傷後是否</p>
<p>只能休息?? 又該如何給予腳踝正確的醫療??</p>

<p>以最常見的腳踝外翻 (翻船)為例 ，用生物力學來分析，可能會造成下列組織受傷 :</p>
<ol>
<li>外側韌帶</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li><span lang="EN-US"> </span>外側有三條強壯的橡皮筋 (外側韌帶) 將我們腳踝骨頭互相綁緊，當受到過度的外力拉</li>
</ul>
<p>扯，橡皮筋會分不同等級撕裂。</p>

<p>2.  關節排列錯誤，造成腫脹不消。</p>
<ul>
<li>承受外力時，韌帶在受拉扯時，一起將腓骨(外踝) 往前下拉，產生位移。</li>

<p>3. 外側腓肌拉傷 :</p>
<ul>
<li><span lang="EN-US"> </span>在抵抗外翻力量時(人體自主保護反射: 腓肌出力做出外翻動作抵抗外力)</li>

<p>，抵抗後產生離心肌肉撕裂傷</p>

<p>4.  骰骨位移或第五趾骨骨折</p>
<ul>
<li><span lang="EN-US"> </span>當腳踝外翻時，腓骨長肌用力出力，除了造成本身拉傷外，還可能會使骰骨位移旋轉，</li>
</ul>
<p>因腓骨長肌解剖位置剛好繞過骰骨(如下方附圖)，所以這樣的不當力學，會使骰骨移位。</p>

<li>另一個常見，則是第五趾骨骨折(Jones Fractures)，因腓骨短肌連接至第五趾骨，</li>
</ul>
<p>腓骨短肌出力努力將腳板回正時，產生過大不當外力，進而將第五趾骨扯裂。</p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">u  </span>此時你的腳踝外側會馬上腫起來，尤其在第五趾骨會有明顯敲痛點、</p>
<p>無法走路單腳踏地超過兩步，應立即去醫院照X光檢查~大概八九不離十，</p>
<p>可能骨折了…GG</p>

<p>5. 骨盆歪斜</p>
<p>當腳板外翻同時，會將腓骨往前下方拉扯外，也有可能會將同側骨盆</p>
<p>往前下方拉，造成功能性長短腳。</p>
